We use a next-day courier service for most deliveries and charge carriage by weight, at cost. Postal/packing charges for small items begin at £3.75 + VAT. Courier charges start at £5.95 + VAT for up to 15kg. The carriage charge is calculated automatically at the checkout.
We serve the UK Mainland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland from this web site. (Shipments to N. Ireland and I. o. M are a 3-day service by road and sea.) For orders to UK off-shore islands, Eire and other EU countries please phone us on

No other continents are served except by special arrangement, and then at our absolute discretion.
We always process orders as quickly as is possible. Expect normal delivery time to be 2/3 days from receipt of order. If there is likely to be a significant delay due to restock we shall notify you by email before processing your order and your payment.

(a) Goods despatched may not be returned unless prior agreement has been made by the Company. Where the buyer has incorrectly ordered goods, the Company reserves the right to charge a 10% handling charge to cover clerical and other expenses. Please check any received items immediately upon receipt of the delivery. Goods that have been ordered incorrectly must be returned strictly within 14 days of receipt, at your cost. You must first inform Excalibur Hygiene Limited on 01384 671505 that you are returning the goods, and the reason why. Goods must be returned in original packaging with all contents enclosed and unopened. Furthermore, goods must be unused and in a re-saleable condition. Any goods returned damaged, or that get lost in transit, will not be refunded, so please use a reputable carrier for return of goods - this will give you the security of being able to claim from them in case of loss or damage. Goods received in line with the conditions listed above will be refunded, but the original shipping charge will NOT be refunded.
b) If we send the wrong goods by mistake we promise to rectify the error at our cost.

Furthermore, goods must be unused and in a re-saleable condition. Any goods returned damaged, not re-saleable, or lost in transit will not be refunded, so please use a reputable carrier for return of goods - this will give you the security of being able to claim from them in case of loss or damage. Goods received in line with the conditions listed above will be refunded.
