COSHH DATA
Most hand cleaners are not COSHH regulated, but relevant information will be sent if requested, or downloaded from this web site. Extra copies can be obtained on request by telephoning 01384 671505 during UK office hours, or e-mailing sales@sanitizers.co.uk

We use a next-day courier service for most deliveries and charge carriage by weight, at cost. Courier charges start at £7.95 + VAT for up to 25kg. Postage/packing charges for small items begin at £3.00 + VAT. The carriage charge is calculated automatically at the checkout.

We serve the UK Mainland only from this web site. Orders to UK off-shore islands by special arrangement only. For orders to N. Ireland and EU countries  please phone us on

No other continents are served except by special arrangement, and then at our absolute discretion..

Normal delivery time is 2/3 days from receipt of order. If there is likely to be a significant delay we shall notify you by email before processing your order and your payment.

Prices shown do NOT include VAT.
VAT is calculated at the Checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices and special offers without prior notice.

If we make a mistake in processing your order we promise to uplift the goods and replace them at no additional charge to you.

If you have ordered the wrong goods please contact us at once. We will accept goods back as long as they are returned to us undamaged and in manufacturer's original packaging, and will refund you accordingly. Please note that no refund will be made for the initial carriage charge. 

If you then require us to replace the goods incorrectly ordered a further carriage charge will be incurred. At the time of delivering replacement goods we will collect the items wrongly ordered, but we shall make a £10 collection charge in addition. (The actual collection charge is governed by the weight of the consignment and the number of packages). We also reserve the right to levy a 10% handling charge if the value of the order is less than £200 before VAT.
